About the role
We are seeking a Temporary Residential Porter to work in high‑end, 5‑star residential buildings in and around the City of London. This full‑time, temporary position offers the chance to join one of the region’s award‑winning property management firms and potentially move to a permanent role.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the building.
- Conduct routine testing of fire safety equipment and complete weekly/monthly safety checks.
- Securely open and close the building and its gates.
- Patrol the garden and car‑park areas during the day to deter intruders.
- Receive and distribute post and parcels to leaseholders.
- Report any issues to the R&R team and clearly communicate updates to residents.
- Manage major‑works contractors on site.
