Temporary Retail Associate (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Temporary Retail Associates to join our Homesense store in Taunton. This part‑time, contract‑based position offers 16‑30 hours per week with flexible shifts between 6 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Handle cashier duties, fitting‑room support, and back‑room tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Participate in training and development programmes to build retail skills.

• Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
