Temporary Territory Sales Manager – Retail (24 h/week)

About the role

This is a temporary, 24‑hour per week position supporting the busiest trading period of the year for leading UK household brands. You will work independently across a defined retail territory, visiting stores to ensure product availability and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store staff and managers.
• Increase product availability and improve on‑shelf presence.
• Merchandise products to high standards and secure additional display opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights with the management team.
• Record daily activity using tablet technology.

Required profile

• Enjoy working independently and on the move.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in retail, customer service, merchandising or sales (training provided).
• Organised, energetic and positive attitude.
