Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join a small, dynamic team. The position starts on a temporary basis with the prospect of becoming permanent, offering a blend of customer‑facing and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and web‑chat.
• Welcome and assist customers in person, providing a friendly first impression.
• Handle delivery queries, resolve issues and manage complaints.
• Process orders and perform related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products and services and actively cross‑sell.
• Record all customer interactions and transactions accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer service software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
