Temporary Warehouse Driver – Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Dover for a two‑week temporary assignment. The role starts immediately and offers the chance to progress to a permanent position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Move goods and trailers between on‑site warehouse facilities.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Safely manoeuvre vehicles in a busy yard and tight‑space environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to prioritise movements.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK Category B driving licence.
• LGV Category C licence and a valid yard shunter/competency certificate.
• Previous experience shunting trailers in a warehouse, distribution, logistics or manufacturing setting.
• Excellent spatial awareness and a strong commitment to safe working practices.
• Reliable, flexible and available for an immediate start.

• Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am‑5:00 pm schedule with a 1‑hour unpaid break.
