About the role
Hamptons is seeking an experienced Tenancy Accounts Administrator to join its support hub in Bristol. You will play a pivotal part in the lettings process, managing client accounts and ensuring smooth financial operations for landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities
- Control client accounts, allocate funds promptly and resolve unallocated monies.
- Communicate progress updates to landlords and tenants, managing expectations.
- Chase and collect rent arrears in line with service level agreements.
- Provide accurate account information and statements to internal teams and customers.
- Handle refunds, terminations, and deposit releases efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation (RICS, ARLA) and keep accurate data records.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably with experience in an accounts environment.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to prioritize workload by urgency.
- Good IT proficiency to manage financial systems and data.
Required skills
- IT proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, accounting software).
