About the role
Raven Housing Trust is seeking a Tenancy Enforcement Coordinator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to join its Tenancy Enforcement Team. The role focuses on supporting customers to sustain successful tenancies and contributes to safer, thriving neighbourhoods.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the Tenancy Enforcement Team to deliver high‑quality, customer‑focused services.
- Coordinate a range of activities that keep tenancy enforcement processes running efficiently.
- Engage directly with customers and colleagues, providing professional and responsive support.
- Manage and organise case‑related documentation, records and information.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
- Contribute to a customer‑centred service that promotes safe and sustainable communities.
- Ensure accurate and efficient handling of information through digital systems and processes.

- Enjoy supporting both customers and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills.
