Tenancy Progressor – Lettings & Property Management

About the role

We are seeking a Tenancy Progressor to join a well‑established, award‑winning estate agency in Welwyn Garden City. The successful candidate will manage the end‑to‑end progression of new tenancy deals, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Progress all new tenancy agreements from the point a rental deal is agreed.
• Coordinate with lettings teams across multiple locations to ensure smooth deal flow.
• Transfer completed deals to the centralised asset management team at the appropriate stage.
• Provide high‑quality customer service to both tenants and landlords.
• Liaise with lettings, lettings accounts, and asset management teams to maintain compliance.
• Support and guide colleagues to help the team achieve its targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in lettings or property management.
• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance and legal requirements.
• UK residency, preferably within a 30‑minute commute to Welwyn Garden City.
• ARLA qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
