About the role

Hamptons is looking for a Tenancy Review Consultant to join its Tenancy Review Team at the Pimlico office in London. The role supports the lettings portfolio by conducting rent reviews and ensuring a high-quality experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenancy review activity across Hamptons’ network of lettings offices, covering the full property portfolio.
• Engage with landlords and tenants promptly and professionally to conduct market rent reviews.
• Perform detailed market rent analysis and provide data‑led advice to reflect current market conditions.
• Negotiate sensitively between landlords and tenants to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
• Deliver outcomes that focus on tenant retention and long‑term landlord‑tenant relationships, identifying opportunities for wider group referrals.
• Prepare and issue tenancy documentation in line with legislation and internal standards.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance and contribute to broader business performance objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in lettings, administration or a premium customer‑service environment.
• Strong understanding of the letting lifecycle and rental valuation principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust with landlords and tenants.
• Confident, diplomatic negotiator able to discuss rental values professionally.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organised, motivated by targets and delivering high‑quality outcomes.
