Tenancy Specialist – Housing Enforcement

About the role

The Tenancy Specialist will lead the investigation and management of antisocial behaviour cases within a designated housing patch. Working closely with Neighbourhood Officers, you will ensure that each case is handled efficiently, proportionately and in line with legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of antisocial behaviour incidents, deciding on appropriate, cost‑effective actions.
• Liaise with local authorities, police and partner agencies to gather and preserve evidence.
• Conduct site visits, interviews and prepare documentation for legal proceedings.
• Attend court hearings and coordinate any required travel.
• Support future tenancy fraud investigations as the function evolves.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of tenancy law and antisocial behaviour legislation.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel across the region and attend court as needed.
