Tenancy Support Worker

About the role

Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated Tenancy Support Worker to provide vital tenancy sustainment support for older adults across Edinburgh, Midlothian and Penicuik. You will work independently to help clients maintain stable accommodation, navigate housing systems and live independently with dignity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to ensure older adults retain safe, secure housing.
• Assist with housing applications, Housing Benefit claims and grant sourcing.
• Help clients set up essential utilities such as gas and electricity.
• Travel independently across the assigned area to deliver personalised care and support.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience supporting older adults in a care or support setting.
• PVG clearance.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel independently.
• Proactive attitude and dedication to improving clients’ lives.
