Tennis Coach – Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre

About the role

GLL is seeking enthusiastic Tennis Coaches to join the team at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. You will deliver private lessons as a self‑employed coach and lead new morning adult classes, working in world‑class indoor and outdoor courts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the new morning programme of adult tennis classes.
• Provide private lessons to your own customers during weekday daytimes.
• Deliver engaging group sessions as part of a supportive coaching team.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and follow safeguarding policies.
• Record player progress and encourage enrolment in further courses.

Required profile

• Passionate about tennis with a commitment to inclusive coaching.
• Reliable, patient and able to inspire players of all ages and abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• LTA Level 2 coaching qualification or higher.
