Territory Manager – Estate Agent (Flexible, Remote)

About the role

YOPA is seeking experienced estate agents to become Territory Managers within its franchise network. You will run your own business, covering a set of postcodes, while benefiting from YOPA’s technology‑led platform, lead generation and marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of property sales within your assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from valuation and listing to completion.
• Generate and nurture leads supplied by YOPA’s central team and pursue self‑generated opportunities.
• Set your own commission rates and oversee any team you choose to employ.
• Collaborate with YOPA’s contact centre, personal property adviser and learning & development teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in estate agency with a strong track record of valuing, listing and selling homes.
• Ability to guide customers through the entire buying and selling journey.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
