Territory Manager – Estate Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced estate agent to run their own territory as a Territory Manager within the Yopa franchise. You will be allocated postcodes in South East England, build a client base, and manage the full end‑to‑end selling process while enjoying the support of a regional team.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads provided by Yopa’s central team and self‑generated prospects.
• Value, list and market properties, conduct viewings and negotiate sales.
• Maintain relationships with customers from initial contact through to completion.
• Manage your own schedule, set commission rates and, if desired, recruit and lead a small team.
• Collaborate with Yopa’s marketing, contact‑centre and learning & development teams to maximise performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in estate agency, including valuation, listing and closing sales.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive business growth within an assigned postcode area.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
