Territory Manager (Independent Retail/Convenience Stores)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established confectionery company, is seeking a personable and enthusiastic Territory Manager to oversee an existing portfolio of 450 independent retail and convenience stores across Bristol, Bath and Swindon. The role is field‑based, fully autonomous and offers a guaranteed OTE of £30,000.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 450 independent retail stores across the Bristol/Bath/Swindon area.
• Visit 30‑35 stores daily, managing your own diary and meeting each client on a three‑weekly cycle.
• Negotiate and confirm new orders with retailers.
• Provide an exceptional experience and ongoing support to each client.
• Ensure product stock is visible and tidy within retail units.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales, customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Enthusiastic and personable approach.
• Fun, sociable personality.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
