Territory Manager – North of England (M62 Corridor)

About the role

We are recruiting a Territory Manager to join Nestlé Nutrition & Health’s sales team and drive distribution of vitamins, minerals, herbals and supplements across the North of England (M62 Corridor – Manchester, Leeds). Reporting to the UK Business Manager & Team Lead, you will work for the world’s largest food & drink manufacturer with brands such as Solgar, Vital Proteins and Pure Encapsulations.

Key responsibilities

• Grow distribution of VMHS brands across existing and new stores, ensuring excellent in‑store execution, visibility and availability.
• Manage promotional activities, pricing and customer agreements, and conduct ROI analysis of trade spend.
• Develop and deliver a territory strategy aligned with business imperatives, using a category‑focused approach.
• Analyse daily customer orders and forecast sales, providing insights for commercial reviews.
• Maintain CRM data for all VMHS customers and support accurate business forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven territory sales experience within healthcare, consumer retail, pharmacy or FMCG channels.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, resilient attitude and ability to navigate complexity.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a good understanding of financial management and KPI targets.
• Ability to develop and execute action plans that drive profitable growth.
