Territory Owner – Estate Agent Franchise

About the role

YOPA is seeking experienced estate agents to become Territory Owners within its franchise network. You will run your own agency, manage a portfolio of postcodes and benefit from YOPA’s technology‑led platform and lead generation support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a profitable estate agency business in an assigned territory.
• Generate and convert high‑quality leads provided by YOPA’s central team.
• Manage client relationships from valuation through to completion.
• Recruit, train and lead a local sales team if desired.
• Collaborate with regional managers, marketing, and support teams to maximise performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record in residential estate agency, including valuations, listings and sales.
• Strong understanding of the full buying and selling journey.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
