Territory Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a consultative field sales professional to join a global market leader in the dental sector. You will own an established UK territory, working with distributors, dental practices and clinical professionals to grow market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow existing distributor relationships.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to end‑users.
• Train distributor sales teams and end users on product usage.
• Support customers from initial enquiry through to installation.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior management to increase market share.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling medical devices, dental equipment or technical capital equipment.
• Ability to manage your own diary and build long‑term relationships.
• Consultative sales approach with strong customer focus.
