Territory Sales Manager – Retail (Full‑Time Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Tactical Solutions, part of the Acosta Group, as a Temporary Full‑Time Territory Sales Manager. You will work across Maidstone and Gravesend during the busy Golden Quarter, supporting leading FMCG brands in major grocery stores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit top UK grocery retailers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons) within your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Improve product availability, increase distribution and negotiate additional display space.
• Merchandise products to brand standards and capture market intelligence.
• Record daily activity using tablet‑based technology.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, sales, merchandising or customer service.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tablet or mobile reporting tools.
