Territory Sales Manager – Retail (Temporary, 24h/week)

About the role

This temporary position runs from August 2026 to 5 January 2027, offering a flexible 24‑hour work week in Swindon. You will support leading household brands during the busiest quarter of the year, visiting stores and ensuring products are well presented.

Key responsibilities

• Visit a range of retail outlets across your territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store staff and managers.
• Increase product availability and improve on‑shelf presence.
• Merchandise products to high standards and secure additional display opportunities.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights with the team.
• Record daily activity using tablet technology.

Required profile

• Enjoys independent, field‑based work.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Experience in retail, customer service, merchandising or sales (training provided).
• Organised, energetic and positive.
