Territory Sales Manager – West (Bristol)

About the role

Mosaic Recruitment is looking for a proactive, commercially‑driven Territory Sales Manager to own the West of England territory, based in Bristol. You will work field‑based, visiting customers and prospects while developing new business and growing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business and build a strong sales pipeline across Birmingham and the West of England.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts, maintaining regular contact.
• Visit customers and prospective clients on a regular basis.
• Develop relationships with fabricators, architects, designers and manufacturers.
• Promote premium stone and surface products and follow up enquiries, quotations and project opportunities.
• Negotiate commercially to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage your own diary, territory and customer visits.
• Maintain accurate sales and pipeline information.
• Work closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team.

Required profile

• Previous field‑based B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate new business.
• Strong account management and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive and confident approach to prospecting.
• Good commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a large territory.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience within stone, granite, quartz, porcelain, KBB, worktops, building or architectural products (advantageous).

• Basic salary £35,000–£40,000 per year.
• On‑target earnings £50,000–£60,000 per year.
