Territory Sales Representative – Graduate Sales Apprentice

About the role

Crown Lift Trucks is seeking an ambitious Territory Sales Representative to join its Graduate Sales Apprentice programme. You will receive structured training, coaching and real‑world field experience while learning to identify new business, build customer relationships and manage your own sales territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across the Northeast territory.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand operational challenges.
• Conduct professional sales meetings, equipment demonstrations and recommend solutions.
• Manage and develop your own sales territory using Crown’s proven sales processes and tools.

Required profile

• Ambitious, achievement‑driven and motivated to build a long‑term sales career.
• Confident communicator, organised, resilient and self‑motivated.
• Live within the NE, SR, DL, TS and DH postcode areas and hold a full UK driving licence.
• GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent) and eligible to work in the UK.
