Territory Sales Representative – New Business & Account Management

About the role

Reporting to the Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing a specific sales region for Crown, focusing on 80% new business development and 20% account management of existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers, arrange appointments, deliver presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Plan and organise territory activities, ensuring efficient time management and meeting deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships across all levels, from shop floor staff to board‑level executives.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record in electric warehousing equipment or a related sector such as pallet racking systems.
• Stable employment history demonstrating career continuity.
• Self‑starter with high energy, strong work ethic and determination.

Required skills

• Strong new‑business development and account management capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Commercial acumen with market and competitor awareness.
• IT proficiency – Microsoft Office, email and general computer literacy.
