Test Architect – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Test Architect on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to lead the end‑to‑end testing strategy for a tightly‑coupled migration to a colocation environment. The role will ensure configuration consistency, data‑masking compliance and performance validation across dev, non‑prod and production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse configuration drift between migrated dev/non‑prod environments and production, and remediate discrepancies.
• Validate that the colocation environment is fully staged, patched and matches on‑prem production specifications for monolithic workloads.
• Verify that migrated financial non‑production environments comply with regulatory data‑anonymisation rules.
• Coordinate release freezes and change‑management controls to maintain stability before final cut‑over.
• Design and execute performance and latency stress tests to simulate heavy traffic conditions.
• Define regression and integration test cases to ensure seamless operation of interconnected financial applications post‑migration.
• Govern user‑acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with stakeholders to certify migration readiness.
