Test Centre Associate (Part‑time) – Manchester

About the role

Join Reed in Partnership as a Test Centre Associate in Manchester, supporting the DVSA driving theory testing programme. You will work on‑site in a busy test centre, delivering a high level of customer service while ensuring the integrity and security of each exam.

Key responsibilities

• Invigilate driving theory and hazard perception exams, following DVSA guidelines.
• Check candidate ID documents and record bookings in the centre’s system.
• Maintain test security, supervise candidates, and handle any incidents.
• Explain test procedures, answer candidate queries, and provide assistance as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including daily centre checks.
• Report and document any issues that could affect test integrity.

Required profile

• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedural standards.
• Willingness to support a diverse range of candidates in line with the Equality Act.
