Test Manager – Trading (Hybrid, London)

About the role

This is a six‑month rolling opportunity for a Test Manager to join a leading trading firm on the London trading floor. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating directly with traders and software engineers on real‑time streaming data and algorithmic trading systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain test programmes for high‑performance trading infrastructure.
• Validate real‑time data streams and algorithmic execution pathways.
• Work closely with network security teams to ensure robust protection in a Citrix environment.
• Participate in one of the firm’s largest technical projects, delivering enterprise‑class solutions.
• Provide clear test reporting and feedback to development and trading teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tester or Test Manager.
• Hands‑on testing experience in a Citrix environment.
• Knowledge of network detection and response solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Background in finance or trading is a strong plus.
