Test Technician – High Voltage Manufacturing

About the role

The Test Technician will ensure that high‑voltage power supply units meet defined safety and performance standards before they are released to customers. Working in a specialist engineering manufacturing environment, you will collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to resolve non‑conformances and support product modifications.

Key responsibilities

• Test power supply units to detailed specification requirements.
• Identify product faults and raise non‑conformances.
• Support assembly upgrades and product modifications.
• Liaise with Design Engineering and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Provide hands‑on support within manufacturing when required.

Required profile

• Methodical, safety‑conscious and technically competent.
• Suitable for a manufacturing technician, a new graduate or an experienced production technician.

Required skills

• Testing of electronics or electrical products in manufacturing.
• Confident use of electronics test equipment.
• Soldering and rework.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
