Theatre Practitioner - ODP or RGN

About the role

Join Ramsay Health Care UK as a Theatre Practitioner (ODP or RGN) at Oaklands Hospital, Salford. You will work in modern operating theatres equipped with laminar airflow systems and state‑of‑the‑art integrated technology, supporting surgical teams and delivering high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Support surgical teams in operating theatres.
• Prepare and maintain theatre equipment, ensuring laminar airflow systems and integrated technology are functional.
• Assist with patient positioning and peri‑operative care under the direction of senior clinicians.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to infection control standards.

Required profile

• HCPC or NMC registration with no restrictions.
• Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Flexible and positive attitude.
• Warm, considerate and empathetic character.

Required skills

• Knowledge of operating theatre protocols and equipment.
• Understanding of laminar airflow systems and integrated theatre technology.
