Theatre Technician – Studio Tour

About the role

Join the Technical Services team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter. As a Theatre Technician you will be the frontline technical specialist ensuring the show systems, lighting, sound and video run flawlessly for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot lighting, sound, video and show‑control systems.
• Deliver routine maintenance and repairs according to agreed schedules.
• Support live‑event production and themed feature installations.
• Monitor safety for visitors and staff, protecting assets and equipment.
• Collaborate with Visitor Experience, Studio Facilities and Corporate Archive teams.
• Work shift patterns covering weekends, evenings and school holidays, up to 363 days a year.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role, preferably within entertainment or visitor attractions.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
