About the role

We are seeking passionate individuals with a background in social care, education, youth work, or clinical health to join our supportive community as a Therapeutic Foster Carer, providing a safe, nurturing home for children who need it most.

Key responsibilities

• Providing one‑to‑one therapeutic support, giving daily guidance tailored to each child's unique emotional and behavioral needs.
• Supporting the wider care network by offering flexible options, such as short‑term emergency interventions or weekend respite breaks.
• Teaming up with skilled therapists and managers to ensure every child receives high‑quality support.
• Keeping clear, thoughtful notes on the children's developmental progress and well‑being.
• Ensuring a safe environment by following national safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience in education, social care, youth work, or clinical health.
• A spare bedroom in your permanent home ready for a new arrival.
• Age 21 or older with the right to work permanently in the UK.
