Third-Party Partnerships & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑focused Third‑Party Partnerships & Operations Manager to join a leading professional services organisation in Liverpool. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape strategic external relationships and drive operational performance across a fast‑paced department.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and business partners.
• Lead negotiations to achieve commercial and operational outcomes.
• Monitor departmental performance against targets and KPIs, analysing data to spot trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support team leaders with coaching, mentoring and performance development.
• Review and improve operational processes through continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver growth plans and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Produce performance insights and recommendations for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in stakeholder or account relationship management.
• Strong operational leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at senior level.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in a regulated professional environment such as insurance, legal or financial services.
