Ticketing Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Support Executive to join our travel team in London. You will provide essential day‑to‑day assistance to sales agents, ensuring that all flight bookings are processed accurately and efficiently using global distribution systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales agents with GDS and consolidator bookings, handling ticket issuance, reissues and refunds.
• Manage inbound flight ranges, booking international and internal flights via the GDS.
• Monitor and maintain various queues, including schedule change, web/native bookings and general reissue queues.
• Track airline schedule changes, inform agents and customers, and execute required amendments.
• Process ticketing, reissue and refund requests within company‑defined timeframes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in flight ticketing, airfares or related travel operations.
• Strong working knowledge of GDS reservations, preferably Amadeus.
• Solid understanding of fare types, fare rules, ticketing procedures, reissues and refunds.
• Ability to navigate NDC and traditional GDS content to source optimal flight options.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
