TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized TikTok‑savvy Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our influencer campaigns, social media initiatives, and customer engagement strategies. This fully remote position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in influencer marketing or customer support who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Assist in managing the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators or internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach to potential influencers for collaborations.
• Maintain communication logs and coordinate timelines, deliverables, and expectations with influencers.
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok and its creator culture.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage schedules, content pipelines, and influencer relationships.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
