TikTok Shop Brand Campaign Project Manager

About the role

As a Brand Campaign Project Manager for TikTok Shop, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of large‑scale brand campaigns across the UK market. You will work closely with brands, agencies, MCNs and creators to drive traffic, increase GMV and strengthen the creator ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch full‑funnel brand campaigns, aligning with platform growth objectives and category priorities.
• Design traffic‑acquisition, creator‑collaboration, content‑amplification and conversion‑optimization tactics.
• Develop scalable IP methodologies, campaign frameworks and operational playbooks for brand incubation and category penetration.
• Partner with brands, agencies, MCNs and creators to create innovative concepts and content strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Campaign, Category, Creator Operations, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Data Analytics) to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyse performance metrics such as GMV, ROI, traffic efficiency and creator impact, providing optimisation recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, user behaviour and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage timelines, stakeholder communication, milestones and risk in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support seasonal mega‑campaigns, Brand Days and other platform‑wide commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Communications or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, campaign strategy or management consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent logical thinking, structured problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing complex cross‑functional projects.
