About the role
The Title Checker will join an experienced residential property team in Chelmsford, supporting a Legal 500 firm. This position focuses on title checking and related conveyancing tasks, offering a hybrid working model after probation.
Key responsibilities
- Check and prepare residential conveyancing contracts.
- Manage pre‑exchange and post‑exchange matters.
- Produce title reports and handle title‑related queries.
- Oversee post‑completion activities.
Required profile
- Qualified conveyancer or solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Desire to move away from full‑cycle conveyancing work.
- Ability to work within a collaborative property team.
