Tooling, MI & Reporting Manager – Operational Resilience

About the role

Santander UK is seeking a Tooling, MI & Reporting Manager to lead the full data lifecycle for its Operational Resilience function. Based in either Milton Keynes or Glasgow, you will ensure data assets are managed securely, accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve tooling solutions and data platforms supporting the Operational Resilience strategy.
• Develop and maintain resilience dashboards and visualisations for stakeholder decision‑making.
• Build Pillar‑level resilience metrics (KRIs) with robust data definitions, controls and governance.
• Create data pipelines to ingest and integrate vulnerability data from multiple sources.
• Establish data models, structures and reporting frameworks ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Implement data quality controls and validation processes for reliable MI outputs.
• Enable data‑driven insights and advanced analytics to support risk identification and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data management, MI reporting and operational resilience.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
