Total Rewards Lead – 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Global Total Rewards Lead to own and operate its compensation and benefits programs across all markets. This 1‑year fixed‑term role combines strategic design of total‑rewards philosophy with hands‑on execution of annual and mid‑year review cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of the full annual compensation review and the mid‑year mini‑cycle, including timeline management, calibration, budgeting, manager enablement and post‑cycle reporting.
• Manage global compensation architecture – job leveling, salary bands, market pricing and pay‑equity analysis for all regions where Fireblocks operates.
• Serve as the internal expert on Radford for market benchmarking, band validation and analytics, and on HiBob & Pave for compensation and benefits workflow configuration and reporting.
• Design and administer global benefits programs, balancing consistency with local statutory and market requirements.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders on offer approvals, budgeting, forecasting and communication of total‑rewards philosophy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits, with full‑cycle annual review ownership.
• Proven experience in the technology sector, understanding equity compensation and tech‑company pay structures.
• Hands‑on expertise with Radford, HiBob and Pave, including configuration, data integrity and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/spreadsheet modeling and ability to handle large data sets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced, global high‑growth environment.
