About the role
Join a well‑established multidisciplinary consultancy in Chester as a Town Planner. You will deliver planning advice and manage projects from inception to completion, working closely with colleagues across multiple disciplines, clients and local authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals.
- Support senior team members on complex projects.
- Conduct site appraisals and planning research.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and local authorities.
- Contribute to planning strategy and project delivery.
Required profile
- Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related field.
- Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in private consultancy or local authority.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Proactive and commercially aware approach.
