TPA Property Claims Technician – Case Manager

About the role

The TPA Property Claims Technician will act as a Case Manager within the Property TPA Division, delivering first‑class service to insurers, policyholders and internal teams. You will manage a diverse portfolio of household, high‑net‑worth, commercial and real‑estate claims from initial intake through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage claims to meet client‑specific service level agreements.
• Collaborate with a national team of field adjusters and maintain ownership of your caseload.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Experience handling property insurance claims, including household, commercial and real‑estate portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with field teams.
