TPI Account Manager

About the role

The National TPI Account Manager will lead Ruby Energy’s Third‑Party Intermediary (TPI) channel across the UK. Reporting to senior leadership, you will combine strategic direction with hands‑on business development to grow broker acquisition, performance and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of TPI Performance Managers, setting objectives and KPIs.
• Identify, prospect and secure new TPI partnerships while managing a portfolio of high‑value broker accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, commission structures and deliver revenue, margin and growth targets.
• Conduct market analysis, prepare forecasts and performance reports for senior leadership.
• Build long‑term broker relationships, conduct quarterly business reviews and resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience and Retention teams to ensure a seamless broker experience.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the UK commercial energy industry.
• Proven success managing or developing TPI/Broker channels and winning new business.
• Experience leading sales or account‑management teams.
• Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Desirable: experience with national broker accounts, pricing strategy and energy procurement.
