Trade Brand Ambassador

About the role

Join CPM as a Trade Brand Ambassador representing Stanley Black & Decker and DeWalt. You will be the face of leading power‑tool brands, building relationships with trade professionals across a wide territory in the South‑East of England.

Key responsibilities

• Visit builders' merchants, electrical wholesalers and specialist trade outlets throughout the assigned territory.
• Raise awareness of Stanley and DeWalt products, influencing distribution, availability and visibility.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to trade counter staff and professional end users.
• Deliver clear, engaging training sessions for branch teams and customers.
• Build strong relationships with branch managers, trade counter teams and key decision‑makers.
• Support and attend trade events, exhibitions and customer trade days.
• Identify local sales opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement initiatives.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator able to build and maintain relationships with trade professionals.
• Confident product demonstrator with a passion for tools, construction or DIY.
• Self‑starter who works independently and shares ideas.
• Enjoys being on the road and holds a full driving licence.

• Salary of £32,000 plus a 10% performance bonus.
