About the role
We are seeking a Trade Mark Formalities Paralegal to join a well‑established law firm in London. You will support the management of UK and international trade mark portfolios, handling applications, oppositions, renewals and registry procedures while ensuring accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and file trade mark applications, oppositions, renewals, recordals and official registry forms.
- Process correspondence from intellectual property offices.
- Maintain accurate client and portfolio records.
- Assist with client onboarding and related administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous experience in trade mark administration, formalities or a paralegal role.
- Hands‑on experience preparing and submitting trade mark registry forms, including post‑registration recordals such as assignments and changes of ownership or name.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
