Traditional PR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Traditional PR Manager to lead and execute PR campaigns for multiple clients in London or Manchester. You will act as the central hub for account strategy, performance monitoring, and client relationship management, ensuring measurable results and strong brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients, define budgets, KPIs and create campaign roadmaps.
• Manage client account plans, drive performance, and retain business by meeting KPI targets.
• Produce detailed PR performance reports that demonstrate ROI.
• Lead ideation, brainstorming and execution of both proactive campaigns and reactive news‑jacking opportunities.
• Supervise and train junior executives, review outreach tactics and approve press releases.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop cross‑channel concepts that integrate SEO and social media.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of agency‑side PR experience, covering both traditional and digital channels.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and agency profitability.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver on KPI commitments.
• Excellent analytical mindset and comfort working with data‑driven insights.
