About the role
Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a long‑term commercial construction project in Exeter. The role provides consistent, full‑time work for approximately two years, supporting a well‑established contractor on site.
Key responsibilities
- Manage vehicle movements and control traffic flow on and around the construction site.
- Supervise deliveries to and from the site, ensuring safe and efficient coordination.
- Oversee pedestrian movement and maintain overall site safety.
- Assist with general labouring duties as required to support the site team.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Current Traffic Marshal NPORS card or CPCS certification.
- Full personal protective equipment (hard hat, high‑visibility clothing, steel‑toe boots, gloves, goggles).
- Strong communication skills and reliability.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
