About the role
Our client, a well‑established builder, is seeking a reliable Traffic Marshall to support a construction project in Salisbury. You will help maintain safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians on site.
Key responsibilities
- Manning the site gate and controlling access.
- Overseeing deliveries and banking vehicles on site.
- Communicating with drivers using hand signals and radio.
- Keeping traffic routes clear of hazards.
- Reporting incidents, hazards or unsafe behaviour to the Site Manager.
- Providing general site assistance as required.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Traffic Marshal (TM) ticket.
- Previous experience on construction sites.
- Ability to work locally in the Salisbury area.
- Willingness to wear required PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis clothing, boots).
