Trainee Account Manager – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Account Manager who is fluent in French to join a fast‑growing communications‑technology company serving mid‑to large‑size UK enterprises. You will start by learning our product portfolio and market, then progress to managing and growing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s solutions and the market landscape.
• Support senior account managers with up‑selling and cross‑selling activities.
• Independently manage lower‑spend accounts and prospect new business via LinkedIn, email and cold outreach.
• Develop relationships with new clients and identify additional revenue streams.
• After 9‑12 months, meet clients face‑to‑face and take full ownership of business relationships.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and self‑motivation.
• Ambitious, determined and eager to succeed.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
