Trainee Account Manager – Italian Speaker

About the role

This is a full‑time Trainee Account Manager position based in London, focused on supporting mid to large‑size UK enterprises with communications technology solutions. The role is ideal for an ambitious graduate who is fluent in Italian and eager to develop a career in sales, progressing from trainee to senior account manager.

Key responsibilities

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product offering and the market landscape.
• Support senior account managers with up‑selling and cross‑selling activities.
• Independently manage and sell to lower‑spend accounts.
• Prospect new clients via LinkedIn, strategic emails and other outreach methods.
• Analyse customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• After 9‑12 months, meet clients face‑to‑face and take full ownership of business relationships.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Ambitious, determined and eligible to live and work in the UK.
