Trainee Account Manager – Spanish Speaker

About the role

Our client, a leading communications‑technology provider for mid‑to‑large UK enterprises, is expanding rapidly and is looking for a motivated Trainee Account Manager who is fluent in Spanish. The role offers a clear progression path from trainee to senior account manager and beyond, within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s product portfolio and the market landscape.
• Support senior account managers with up‑selling and cross‑selling to existing accounts.
• Independently manage lower‑spend accounts and drive new business through prospecting, LinkedIn outreach and strategic email campaigns.
• Build relationships with new clients, understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• After 9‑12 months, meet clients face‑to‑face and take full ownership of business relationships.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and self‑motivation.
• Ambitious, determined and eager to succeed.
• Fluent in Spanish.
