Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer to join our new depot in Southampton. The role provides full, bespoke training on temperature‑control equipment and offers a clear pathway to a long‑term career in the HVAC sector.

Key responsibilities

• Receive comprehensive training on temperature‑control equipment, testing procedures and technical processes.
• Functionally test equipment before it leaves the depot and complete all required documentation.
• Inspect equipment carefully to identify faults, damage or potential issues.
• Gradually assume greater responsibility for the test area as technical knowledge and confidence develop.

Required profile

• Completed F‑Gas qualification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work reliably in a busy workshop environment.
• Long‑term mindset with an interest in technical progression and future management roles.
