Key responsibilities

• Participate in a four‑exam training programme covering core business analysis concepts.
• Assist senior analysts with data gathering, documentation and solution analysis.
• Support change‑management initiatives by identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders under guidance.
